Configure the Predictive Models

Select the employee data that is included in the predictive models.

As an administrator, you control the employee data that is included in the predictive models. For each prediction, you can choose which employee properties to include or exclude. As a best practice, we recommend you exclude sensitive data and backdated data. For more information, see Predictive Models and Strengths and Limitations of the Predictive Models.

Configure

1. On the navigation bar, click Model > Data Enrichments.
2. In the Data Enrichments room, select the predictive model you want to configure.
3. In the Configure tab, turn on the prediction model by clicking the Prediction toggle button.
4. Select the employee properties used to generate the predictive model.
   • To add a property to the predictive model, select the property in the Available Properties list.
   • To remove a property from the predictive model, select the property in the Included Properties list.

5. After reviewing your changes, publish your project to put the changes into production. For more information, see Publish Project Changes.

   Note: Configuration changes do not come into effect immediately. When making changes to data enrichment configurations, you must publish your changes to production and wait for the scheduled job to run. By default, the prediction job and standardization job are run weekly.If you want to see changes immediately, you can run a data enrichment job in the production project.
